Support
Most WeDo 2.0 problems are a flat battery, Bluetooth switched off or a hub still connected to another device. Start with the checklist below, then the guides; if you are still stuck, email support.

Before you write
Check these five things first. They fix most connection problems, and they are the first questions we would ask.
- 1 The Smarthub has fresh AA batteries or a charged battery pack. Weak batteries cause dropouts long before the hub stops working.
- 2 Bluetooth is switched on, and the app is allowed to use it (Nearby devices or Bluetooth permission).
- 3 Each hub connects to one device at a time. Close other apps or devices that may still be connected to it.
- 4 The hub light is blinking white when you press Connect. Press the green button again if it has switched off.
- 5 You are on the latest version of the app and of your device’s operating system. Note the app version for your email.

Support questions
My hub won't connect. What should I try?
Fit fresh batteries and close any other app that might be connected to the hub, because only one app can connect at a time. Make sure Bluetooth is switched on and allowed for RoboGuru, then press the hub's green button until the light blinks and choose the hub in the app.
Which devices does RoboGuru run on?
iPhone & iPad, Android, Web editor, Windows, macOS, and Linux. The Download page lists every platform with its store link or download.
Does RoboGuru work on an iPad?
Yes. RoboGuru runs on iPad and iPhone and installs from the App Store, so it also works on new and reset iPads.
Can I program WeDo 2.0 on Linux?
Yes, with RoboGuru, which runs on Linux. Scratch Link, the helper Scratch needs for WeDo 2.0, has no official Linux version.
How do refunds work?
You buy RoboGuru through an app store, so that store's refund policy applies. Apple and Google both let you request a refund from your purchase history.
Still stuck?
Email support with your device, operating system, app version and what happens when you try to connect. A photo of the hub light helps.
