About RoboGuru
RoboGuru for WeDo 2.0 is an independent app that keeps LEGO® WeDo 2.0 kits useful after LEGO retired its official app. This page explains who makes it and why.
Who makes RoboGuru
RoboGuru for WeDo 2.0 is made by an independent developer.
Why it exists
Schools and families own thousands of WeDo 2.0 kits that still work. When LEGO retired the WeDo 2.0 app, those kits lost their software, and LEGO's next suggestion, SPIKE Essential, has itself been withdrawn.
RoboGuru exists so those kits stay in use: one app that connects to the WeDo 2.0 Smarthub on the devices people have today.
Not affiliated with LEGO
RoboGuru for WeDo 2.0 is not made, sponsored, authorised or endorsed by the LEGO Group. LEGO® and WeDo® are trademarks of the LEGO Group. We name them only to say which hardware the app works with.
